We hand make our dough from the very best imported flours from Italy using a complex, long fermentation method of dough making with no added sugar, so it’s healthier too. The result is a delicious, light, tasty, thin and crispy base very different from anywhere else locally. Our pizza ensures fresh tastiness with the healthiest digestion staying true to recipes developed by the Italian Pizza Association.
Our freshly made sauce is prepared on the premises using the best ingredients. We source genuine high quality imported and local charcuterie meats and cheeses for our toppings.

Throughout the day we will be preparing a selection of freshly baked pizza’s to sell by the slice. Slices can be served hot or cold, all prepared in our amazing stone pizza oven.
